I'm not 100% sure but I suppose Kem Khefa Kheshef can be translated literally as black (kem) snake ( khefa, although I'm not sure if that k is supposed to be there) punishing/repel (kheshef).
The song is obviously about fighting against a serpentine demon. The Rerek snake is a demon encountered during the journey through the underworld. He and Apep are enemies of Ra/Re who try to plunge the world into darkness. Most of the lyrics of this song are basically adaptations of spells used to invoke Ra and the other gods including Set to protect the person against these snake demons.
Like I said I'm not sure about the actual translation of "kem khefa kheshef" per-se but it can mean " repelling the dark serpent" or something along those lines.
