This song was meant to be a teaser of the planned Magica II and III albums. Sounds like the protagonist is in love with a woman named Electra. But it also seems to be a warning that there's danger coming. Anyway it's hard to say what exactly the song is about since Dio saddly wasn't able to finish the Magica project before his death. R.I.P.
This is yet another revelation of another dimension that is almost common among rock stars who have dabbled in the mythical 'spirit world'. Dio clearly had a long time experience dealing with some of extra-dimensional beings that gave use music in the first place.
The first line gives it away, but similar lyrics and concepts by Dio throughout his career indicate that he has made contact. Stargazer comes to mind. There were two such mythological people named Electra in Greek mythology, one of which was a daughter of Atlas. It could be that Dio just dreamt about these beings but they are known to visit people in sleep.
