I think the end is "a parcel of land / men are scum, it's true / they'll love ya."
This may never make it onto any of the web's myriad lyric sheets, but the name of the act is "Cartilage and Sinew". Listen closely.
I'm pretty sure that he says "they holla silver jenny dollar" and not "they are the silver jenny dollar."
I agree with sommeil. the last line of the song is definitely "they'll love ya"
I think it is : "men are scum, it's true but I love ya".
To me this makes more sense because he is comparing "men" in general to himself in particular. There's a pause after "it's true" which makes it make more sense that the next line is in opposition to the observation that "men are scum".
I also guess that the "Parcel of land" might be a reference to the purchase of Manhattan from native americans for a few dollars? Thus "men are scum"..?
