Oh, man, what a find. He's sick of Obama ;) Interesting song selected simply for the fact that I am sick today (not in the head kind, but that's perhaps debatable). Sick of "homophobes?" I believe this song is about being sick of everything regardless if it something you actually enjoy or like. There are many things in my life that I enjoy/like, I.E hardcore, but I grow tiresome at times. It's that way with everything in my life.

He's singing about how he hates everything and everyone. He's sick of life and everything. He's "sick of obama" because he hates EVERYONE.
