I was in a process of being diagnosed with autism by my now-ex wife but always rejected this. Words that were said to me like 'you can't help it' and 'but we still love you' made me feel so excluded. After all it was all made up to put the cause of a failing mariage on this autism. I found a lot of recognition in this great song, and still love it.
