It means a mother, is going to prostitute herself & her husband is going to find out & be broken for life. ‘Come down as fast as lightning’ - with a john ‘Crossing the stage’ - becoming disloyal to her family ‘Feel the excitement’ - good to be bad ‘Shake it up turn it on’ (self expl)

Mommy is going to “make her move” and sneak out at just the right time and “come down [to the local strip club] fast as lightning” maybe on amateur night and “cross the stage… feel the excitement”\n“She’s breaking your heart” (she will sleep with someone), so “you’d better be your own best friend” means you (daddy) will have to take care of his own needs that night, since her sexual needs will already have have been satisfied \n“Once you learn the steps” is perhaps dual-meaning referring to her both her dance steps on the stage as well as the steps of her plan to sneak out
