I'm pretty sure this song (along with Dark Passenger) is about Brandon's desire to kill a person. At least that's what it sounds like. I think he's saying this is an instinctual desire coming from within his (id).

I have absolutely no idea what the song is about, but I'm assuming it's somehow connected to Kris Higler, the former Veil of Maya bassist who departed before this album.
