The new person jump starts your enthusiasm, so the narrator gets up eager and enjoying the sunlight and the snug fit of their jeans. The greeting of "oh hello hello" seems to be to both the new feeling and the new person. The second verse solidifies that it is about a new person. The fact that the narrator seems to appreciate the way the person drives their car serves two purposes. It is a small thing to notice, so it shows the narrator really appreciates even the small things. But also the fact that the narrator notices the "driving of the car" give the impression of motion and change. Plus, the key is an obvious phallic symbol.

i think the actual lyrics are 'I like the way that you turn the WHEEL' which actually rhymes with 'real deal' thus rendering the key/phallic symbol reference incorrect.... just saying :)
