The singer wants to be with this girl so much, but he questions if its foolish of him to have his heart so set on being with her so early on. He wants them to be together right then and there, not to wait, and knows how incredible they could be together. He wants her to comfort him, and he promises to give her everything, because he thinks she deserves better than who he is. This song is really personal to me, I hate it when people say that, but its so often very true.
I love this song, I think its about a couple making love for the first time but he doesnt believe he's good enough for her, but he'll be there for aslong as she wants him.
