Bang Pop

This song totally sums up the way the girl who introduced me to indy rock makes me feel and the way we met. Anyways, question: When he says the girl was "completely crystalized" does he mean she was ripped on crystal meth or that she looked all sparkly to him because he was either high or in love? Awesome song either way. It's always cool when a lyric can be interpreted in many different ways. It's actually kind of ironic that abstract lyrics can be more relatable than more descriptive ones.

This song is super catchy bubble gum pop and it's stuck in my head these days. The lyrics are pretty straight forward, but I don't know about her being "completely crystalized" unless they just needed a rhyme to "sunset eyes". Her being ripped on meth doesn't fit the feel of the song. I'd go with more like she looked "all sparkly to him" because he was in love.

Dude he is singing about going driving drunk because his girlfriend left him and she took all of his friends. Then an alien spaceship came down with this beautiful lady but earth's atmosphere crystalized her. However she can still breathe and likes to blow in the basement. He even has to walk into her line of sight because she can't turn her head due to the crystalization. Then he tries to have his way with her but doesn't work, and now he is complaining because yet again, he was let down by a girl and doesn't know when the searching will stop for at least a half decent woman.

I saw the video 4 this song its completely different then what i was thinking. they re in high school and just partying! I thought this song was about love at first sight!!!! I wanna know wtf this song is about!

this is about finally getting an epiphany. dammit people

I am going to assume that he is talking about several different women in this song. The 1st line of the song "I was super messed up" I am assuming he was either high or so heartbroken that he could barely take himself in. When he talks about a "light beam" he is talking about some girl he met maybe on a basketball court or walking down the road or such. In the line "she was walking downstairs" he is describing a woman who is walking down a flight of stairs (I am assuming at a club of some sort) and when he talks about her being "crystalized" he is saying that she is so beautiful she looks like crystals (or she is wearing too much glitter ;D). When he sings the parts "bang pop" and "Where does the searching stop?" I think he may be talking about that moment when you are in love with a person and then something happens between the two of you and you mind just sort of explodes and you decide to move on and search for someone better. When he says "Where does the moment stop?" I think he may be talking about maybe, after finding someone else, having special moments with her and the moments seem to never end. Im sure I'm way off course with this one but maybe im closer than I realize? :D
