I decide it when it ends
Digging the only way in
Don't make me scream and beg
Nothing will ever feel new
It goes on and on until it's off
Cutting my only way in
Gray static in my head
And I'm ready to let me down

I can't believe this nightmare just won't go away
There's no way, there's no way I'll let you down
My head's on fire, all around us, every day
There's no way, there's no way I'll let you down, whoa

Running, running out of days
Digging my only grave, yeah
I tried to take my break
But the demon is always angry
Ooh, it goes on and on, and now it ends
The reality's breaking me in
Don't leave me here this way
Now you're ready to let me down

I can't believe this nightmare just won't go away
There's no way, there's no way I'll let you down
My head's on fire, all around us, every day
There's no way, there's no way I'll let you down, whoa

I can't let it down

I can't believe this nightmare just won't go away
I can't believe this nightmare just won't go away
And the world's on fire, all around us, every day
There's no way, there's no way I'll let you down, whoa

I'll let you down
I'll let you down
I'll let you

I think it has something to do with going back home after you've grown and been away for a long time. No matter what it's about, the first time she sings "So let me go" is absolutely haunting. I'm in love.
