Thanks Vision Lyrics

Turn those fans away from me
They only dry my eyes out
Ever since I was born I couldn't see
Ever since I could see I couldn't find why you close your lips so tight
When I try to kiss you off goodbye

I never wanted to be never understanding
Learning comprehension
Leaving everyone
Wondering where they went
Doesn't matter does it

I'm guessing this songs about a lost relationship. It makes total sense. When you replay the events in your head they seem blurred and altered.

"Turn those fans away from me They only dry my eyes out"

This reminds me of sitting around smoking pot, not moving, lashing out in anger at something stupid like a fan,

"Ever since I was born I couldn't see"

I've never felt right or happy.

"Ever since I could see I couldn't find why you close your lips so tight When I try to kiss you off goodbye"

After I smoke I feel better but, he's kissing the pipe, it's hard to stop and the good you get back from it diminishes with time.

"I never wanted to be never understanding Blurry comprehension"

He wanted to feel better or right but he didn't want to be dumbed down or live in a fog, which can happen if you smoke a lot

"Leaving everyone Wondering where they went"

This is what happens when you become an addict or a pot head, you close your self off, you have your own private world, it get's lonely and it's easy to blame other people for not being there.

"Doesn't matter does it No, no."

This is the frustration of being an addict and feeling powerless even if you want to live another way.

Some of the words he uses may be symbolic or have double meanings. This is just my interpretation.

My Interpretation

To add to the last line of the song too, it's not just the frustration, but also the not giving a shit part of being a stoner.
