I think it's about cheating in a relationship, but being the person that the cheater is with and assuring the cheater that it's acceptable to to cheat with the singer.

ive never liked a song so much on my first listen, hope the entire album is the same

I think it's about breaking rules as a child for the sake of it or flirting with low level crime and the buzz it gives.

this song is open to to many meanings and there will never be one meaning of this song, but personally i interpret it as this song is about drugs and doing them and getting someone to do drugs

i think of dugs a lot cuz honestly i do, do drugs and this song gets me pumped to do more but thats just me

Don't be alarmed, it's not the end of the world If we're breaking the rules it's fine I disregard this kind of problem all the time-- its someone convincing someone else to do something thats probably illegal ex dugs :)

My interpretation to the song maybe the speaker is pursuing a girl/boy already committed, maybe they already did somethings with said person (If you just play along I promise we'll be fine/So leave your hang-ups back at the door/When you and I are down on the floor/Will you know what to do about it?)and the said person getting caught up in the moment and maybe liking it but regretting it later.(It's not as bad as they say/If this is such a mistake/Why does it make you so damn happy?) :]
