Phones Don't Feud Lyrics

I will haunt you, if you want me to,
Ghosts in caves, circling around your room,
I'll pass this cut on film, it clings to the wall,
It will hold us to your watches and strength,

And my words, they fly through the closet door,
And they slip in bed, right next to you,
And I'd rather call, but phones don't like feuds,
So I hide in your clothes, it goes through the years,

I still want you, if you'll haunt me too,
I can't agree, to live with all we've been through,
But our time is gone, we stayed up all night,
In attempt to bring our past back to life,

And at night it grows it pulls me in,
It burns so slow, it burns,
Guide me to this chair, it burns all night,
It finds your name, and calls you home,

I will haunt you, but, I do not know why,
You go, and back.

awesome. you should put some more up man these guys are seriously underrated

Thanks! They really are underrated. Trouble is they're so underrated that they don't have their lyrics posted, well... anywhere! And their lyrics are kinda muffled and hard to interpret. It took me many listens to hear this song's lyrics and I'm still iffy on some of the lines.

I'm trying to work on some my other Holiday Shores favorites. But 'Reruns' is gonna be one tough cookie to crack. ;)

to me, it sounds like he is saying

"i will haunt you, if you want me to Ghosts in caves, circling around your room, I'll pass this cut on film, it clings to the wall, it will haunt us till your ? "

instead of "island heart..."

Ah, yeah... I think I agree with ya there. Will change.

I've also been trying to figure these lyrics out. They aren't posted anywhere as you said, except here and I'm thankful.

This is what I came up with, though I'm quite iffy on these as well:

I will haunt you, if you’ll haunt me, too Ghosts in caves circling around your room Our past is caught on film. It clings to the wall. It will haunt us, too. It watches us drown.

And my words they fly through the closet door And they slip in bed right next to you And I’d rather call, but phones don’t like feuds So I hide in your clothes a ghost to be used.

I’ll still want you if you’ll want me too. We can’t agree to live, a fight we've been through But our time is gone. We stayed up all night In an attempt to bring our past back to life.

And the night it grows it pulls me in And moves so slow (that from-?) [I honestly have no idea right there] Tie me to this chair. It stirs all night It finds your name and calls you home.

I will haunt you, but I do not know where You go, and die. (And I-?)

Just giving my two cents!

The thing you're missing after "and moves so slow" is "the phone"
