This could be about something bad that has happened to somebody Jasta knows. It's not himself hence these lines: "And now I'm forced to see.... You fucking bleed now"

"Only a cursed love could retain" makes me think that it really was a terribly unsuccessful love. Everybody around sees the suffering of the "lover" but can't (or don't want to) help and this hurts them as well. That's why "Everyone fucking bleeds now".

If I'm wrong, it could also be about something else. For example many things in politics are done "Underneath the veil". Anyway, it's about the direct or indirect involvement of other people ("Everyone fucking bleeds now") in the described affliction.
