I've seen like three different interpretations of that first line I corrected, but I'm positive that's the way it really is since that's the only interpretation that makes sense to the rest of the song.
so.. does anyone have a good idea as to what this song is actually about?
I feel like it's either talking about two friends and one is trying to help the other out of something bad, or it's cryptically talking about God and discovering faith in Him.
I dont presume to know a whole lot about BT's personal life.. but I do believe this song is about his ex. His daughters mother.. I wont elaborate here but if you care to do the research youll find that this song kinda fits. In his loving memory of what could have been and used to be. I mixture of past and present.
