What a sharp (so sharp)
imagination
what a pretty little pill that you're taking
so hard (so hard)
you were trying
to pull out all the teeth from a lion

but you just got fatal wound
somehow you keep living through
it must be something in your blood
that makes you keep on pulling up

you only got one heart, but a hundred people want it
if a hundred people own it, they'd be putting prices on it
if you had a hundred hearts, you can try to ration out them
but then one by one they break them, and you'd only be without 'em

What a dull (so dull)
fascination
what an ugly little world that you're making
such a sweet (so sweet)
violation
you were slaughtering the sheep and you're taking

the only thing they'll understand
put it in your broken hands
find it in the lions mouths
and chew it up and spit it out

you only got one heart, but a hundred people want it
if a hundred people own it, they'd be putting prices on it
if you had a hundred hearts, you can try to ration out them
but then one by one they break them, and you'd only be without 'em

you only got one heart, but a hundred people want it
if a hundred people own it, they'd be putting prices on it
if you had a hundred hearts, you can try to ration out them
but then one by one they break them, and you'd only be without 'em

The word "out" should come after "ration"...

"if you had a hundred hearts, you can try to ration out them"

and then "without em" at the end of each chorus.

you only got one heart, but a hundred people want it if a hundred people own it, they'd be putting prices on it if you had a hundred hearts, you can try to ration out them but then one by one they break them, and you'd only be without em
