first off, I love this song and I love this band.. sooo fuckin sick. To me, I think the song might be about problems he's been trying to cope with in his head for a long time resulting from personal experiences and things he's witnessed. He feels that things aren't to get any better and that he's been trying to find help from people, but no one really seems to care.
