I think this song is saying how this girl has just broken up with her boyfriend and feels great about it because she never liked the way he treated her when they were together. She says that she never thinks aout him anymore and pretty much doesn't even care.
I always thought this song was being sarcastic, like, you're saying you don't miss them but you really do. why would she have to tell herself that's she's not trying to fight it.
