The video confirmed it for me. It's based around when she was magicians assistant with a terrible magician. A relationship and him being a terrible lover is implied but it's totally about a terrible magician who's made lots of bad choices be that cheating on his lover trying to grope Paloma or thought he was a fantastic entertainer and was just not.
