I can word for word relate to this song because of a personal experience, so for me, this is what it means. I think it's about someone who is in a relationship but has also started messing around with a friend, just kissing and flirting, but they want more. They are feeling this rush from something new and exciting, but they also don't have the person for themselves since it's kind of an affair and it has to be kept secret.

Here we go again (hooking up again) i kinda wanna be more than friends (obvious) So take it easy on me I'm afraid you're never satisfied (take this relationship easy, she's never satisfied so seeing her so often for more hooking up might get them emotionally involved)
