sounds to me like its about how people can get you to the breaking point.
Sounds pretty obvious. He's talking mainly about someone that is so annoying and condescending he's threatening to fuck him up. This person is bringing the worst of him ("never seen this side of me"). The chorus is about this person that is on the outside so condescending, but he can see him "coming undone" on the inside. He might think this person fears him because he's not afraid of him.
