So I think it's pretty clear that this song is about someone whe told a bunch of lies. Everyone has found out about it ("I know you're scared somebody will find you out. But you're not aware that we know what you're all about") and now they all dislike her ("You know you broke our trust now you're stuck on the wrong side of the fence") so it's 'all coming back to hunt them in the end' ("Picture yourself inside a room now. Imagine the freedom that you'll lose" and "You'll cry alone. Nobody will see you through. You made your choice, there's nothing that you can do")
When I first heard this I felt like he wrote it to me.. It made me cry.
