Loving mother
He has come
To take your son
Listen how he strides the earth
When only animals are awake
When the shattering of ideals begin
God of ruin will come to you
Loving mother
He has come
To take your son
Loving mother
He has come
To take your son
Fallen from the faded sky
Nephilim comes through foul air
And when morals will decline
God of ruin will come to you
Loving mother
He has come
To take your son
Loving mother
He has come
To take your son
He has come
To take your son
When only animals are awake
When the shattering of ideals begin
God of ruin will come to you
He has come
To take your son
He has come
To take your son
Nephilim comes through foul air
And when morals will decline
God of ruin will come to you
He has come
To take your son
He has come
To take your son

I really like this song. Nephilim means "fallen ones", so I think of the fallen angel Lucifer (also known as Satan).
"Loving mother He has come To take your son"...
it's possible this could be referring to the Virgin Mary and Jesus, since Jesus is Satan's enemy, after all.
"Loving mother" could also be our world, "Mother" Earth, and how the devil is out to get as many people to worship him as he can.
"And when morals will decline God of ruin Will come to you "
When the people decide to turn away from Satan and serve God, he becomes angry and stops at nothing to get them to backslide.
Anyways, just my opinion. In the end, it's an awesome song and I love it regardless of the meaning.
I agree with most of what RevanJast has to say, however I thought I'd elaborate and correct a small misinterpretation made in the above comment which may change the meaning slightly.

Nephilim means 'Earth-born fallen ones' and not to be confused with fallen angels like Lucifer. Nephilim means 'Earth-born fallen ones' and not to be confused with fallen angels like Lucifer. The Nephilim were the result of a forbidden bond between women and a 2nd falling of angels who were called 'Watcher Angels' who lusted after women, Lucifer was not part of this 2nd group. The forbidden bond was the reason for the flood and because of the nature of their spirits they were unable to pass onto heaven or hell, thus becoming what we know now as the common Demon spirit craving to be inside a body and torture mankind. Man has two enemies, Lucifer seems to just use Nephilim and deceive them also with possibly the promise that they will once again rule like they used to.
With this in mind there are references in the Bible that Jesus quotes himself while on the cross that 'Bulls of Bashan' have surrounded him; earlier in the books it states that Og (the King of Bashan) was a Nephilim. This suggests that Jesus knew Demonic / Nephilim spirits were influential in his crucifixion:
"Loving mother He has come To take your son"
My personal opinion on the following section is referring to the time before the flood as there were no morals at all at that time due to the Nephilim's deeds. In the later books it talks of how things will return to how they were at that time, with no morals at all, or any sense of humanity which in turn brings forth the 'God of Ruin'
"And when morals will decline God of ruin Will come to you"
These are the lyrics for "Right into the Bliss", not "Nephilim."
