ah i adore this song. "all bad things get known... & I know about you" is SUCH a great line.
I see this as begin about his love's infidelity. He found out, obviously not from her, & is calling her out on it because she still assumes he doesn't know.
this song give anybody else the same vibe as "best deceptions"? its obviously about a chick's infidelity, but it just kinda reminded me of some of chris's older songs, mostly the one i just mentioned. awesome song, awesome cd.
i also got that vibe, jsmith kinda like the best deceptions, he found out about a girl cheating on him through the grape vine, and he knows everything kinda like an updated deceptions haha :)
