I'm thinkin of this song from the point of view of Eleanor. She has been held prisoner, and Delta is the only one she can trust to help her. This really got me thinkin-"One life, one struggle, we will carry on. Through strife and hardship we shall proceed." The link between them is more than just friendship, if one dies, they both will. they both have the same goal, and fight throughout(especially the last chunk of the game when she becomes a big sister) to break out of Rapture.
