I have a copy of the original demo, don't know if it's available on YouTube or not, but in that it's very clear that he says 'plant'. Makes more sense too since he's talking about herb.

It's an absolutely amazing song, one of my faves from Toro.

i think it's "like wanna live in" rather than "like one-eleven"

I don't here this: "I feel it now that I Time again Will my love Slow down" at all. To me, it sounds like "I feel another timeline (timer?) of my life slow down" But that could be totally wrong?

I listened to it a few times closely, I'm 99% sure this is what the lyrics are. Only one that's iffy is when he says Timer, but I'm pretty sure he says saying "timer, slowdown". Talking about his life. And I don't think he says "of my life", that part is him saying Another, it just sounds weird.
