just cause i dont know why itd be pause..
and i think its

im pretty sure he says "i sit and wonder of your past" not "pause"
anyways this song is great like most of the album
my interpretation of this song would be that...umm..well i think hes tellingher its okay that shes been hurt in a previous relationship before but this time he'll protect her i guess
its pause and its not holy it's wholly (another way of saying whole) i looked it up on the booklet i got with the cd
i love this song!!! the acoustic version is even better!! Chris voice sounds absolutely beautiful!!! his voice touches my soul!!
It's pause because she is hesistant. It's seems like the singer may be asking about the status of the relationship and she is hesistant to answer. At least that is the way I interpret it.
