I'm not sure but I definitely think the last word is 'medicator' Possibly 'His friends would say he was the only creative medicator' Not sure about the whole sentence but yeah fairly sure it's medicator
That last bit of the second verse is 'juicy yummy gravy' but I'm not sure about the rest of the verse lol not much help am I.
In the chorus I think it's 'parts' rather than 'thoughts'

I still think the second verse is what I posted earlier as I remember reading or hearing an interview where the characters of Charles and Carla were mentioned in relation to this song.
Just checked Sugar Army's facebook, and there's a link to the youtube video which has the correct lyrics posted there. So it should be all good now.
