Welcome back ''Classic'' Mariah!! I absolutely LOVE this version! I am so pleased to hear the voice I fell in love with 20 years ago! I hope she continues to sing like that, and not like she was for the past decade!!
This song is amazingly beautiful. What I take it to mean is that she has been burned so bad in previous relationships, and is hesitant to start a new one, and has even been running from love. But now someone is in love with her, and she is unsure of what she wants, but wants to try and feel the passion she wants so badly.
I think I can relate to this song in so many ways, to me its somebody who has been hurt in the past and is afraid to let their feelings go with a new love. But now love has been found and Is ready to let the person in by asking them to show them what love is.... totally magical I think this is perfect for song for anyone who has been hurt but managed to found happiness, like I have xxx
