This song is obviously about sex, well to me anyways.

In the music video they are wearing latex suits (Doesn't conduct electricity) So yes it's about sex, but it's also refering to the origin of the band name and possibley the story about the boy. Maybe he found a girl who was just as electric that he could make love to all night?
