This song is pretty self-explanitory. I find the lyrics funny, and the music sounds very good.The lyrics weren't written by Mr. Folds, they were written by Nick Hornby.
That's a good point, actually, and Nick Hornby definitely deserves proper credit, so I'm sorry I didn't make that clear. But I guess most people would still consider this a 'Ben Folds song'. The lyrics to Picture Window are under 'Ben Folds' as well. :) But thanks for pointing that out.

Yes, I posted the lyrics for Picture WIndow. Since Nick Hornby is more of an author than songwriter, and the song is performed by Ben Folds I think its okay for it to be posted as Ben Folds.

This song is about Sarah Palin's daughter getting pregnant.

On the surface it's about the guy who got Bristol Palin pregnant. But at a concert Ben Folds explained there was more to it. He basically said there are moments in your life when you're young where things get real(his example was when he wrecked his mom's car) and you're like "shit, I need to grow up like right now" because you don't know how to handle the situation. So basically Nick Hornby took the idea of that and applied it to Levi Johnston at the point where he says "gonna lay down the law" then goes into a quote taken from Levi's myspace, because basically he's too young to really lay down the law. He's just a kid.
