Me and Your Cigarettes Lyrics
Gives you something you can do with your hands
Makes you look cool and feel like a man
In the morning you'll probably regret me
Me and your cigarettes
Started young, it's too late to quit
Most call it a bad, bad habit
Your momma told you you could end up dead with me
Me and your cigarettes
Always there every time that you need me
It ain't love but just like nicotine
You're addicted to a feeling you can only get
From me and your cigarettes
Light us up and then throw us down
Walk away when we hit the ground
How's it gonna feel when you come back around and see
It's just you and your cigarettes
Always there every time that you need me
It ain't love but just like nicotine
You're addicted to a feeling you can only get
From me and your cigarettes
Makes you look cool and feel like a man
In the morning you'll probably regret me
Me and your cigarettes
Most call it a bad, bad habit
Your momma told you you could end up dead with me
Me and your cigarettes
It ain't love but just like nicotine
You're addicted to a feeling you can only get
From me and your cigarettes
Walk away when we hit the ground
How's it gonna feel when you come back around and see
It's just you and your cigarettes
It ain't love but just like nicotine
You're addicted to a feeling you can only get
From me and your cigarettes

to me, this song is basically like a guy using a girl in the relationship and just throwing her away, but always coming back because he's addicted just like he is to his cigarettes. the girl goes along with it but is realizing that she doesn't want to be treated that way.
Its not really being addicted to the girl, but addicted to the way she makes him feel. He's addicted to the feeling he gets with her.. comparing it to the addiction of nicotine. Later on, she has an epiphany and realizes the cycle and leaves him for good. Hence, "How's it gonna feel when you come back around and see, it's just you and your cigarettes."
