'I love how you smoke Just like Marlene Dietrich.'

She's an actress from way back when. Just google her name and check out the pictures, it'll make sense.

Besides that, the meaning of this song is pretty straight forward;; a guy telling his girl how much he loves her and how beautiful she is to him.
