The Hollow Earth Lyrics
Without a conscience
A hollow ring
Lost in a maze
Forgetting
Throwing firecrackers
And dancing
Lost in a maze
A hollow ring
A dereliction
Of duty
A pitiful
Display
Stamping the hollow earth
A pity
And throwing firecrackers
Hopelessly
A hollow ring
Lost in a maze
Forgetting
Throwing firecrackers
And dancing
Lost in a maze
A hollow ring
Of duty
A pitiful
Display
Stamping the hollow earth
A pity
And throwing firecrackers
Hopelessly

"lost in a maze, forgetting" evokes the feel from 2001's Amnesiac with the crying minotaur.
My guess is another environmental song.
The hollow ring/earth representing our fossil fuel deprived planet.
Forgetting being us the humans that forget what's really going on and that we need to change the way we treat our planet.
And the throwing of firecrackers probably means most of us just having fun and enjoying ourselves while the planet gets even more life sucked out of it.
Hmm, this song really reminds me of the Tombs of Atuan by Ursula K Leguin, sounds weird but it's very evocative
very weird i gotta say. not a fan as of yet...
