True Life: I'm a Hard Ass Lyrics

And oh no
I think we've lost control
But before its time to go
Where we never should have gone
And she moves so slow
Inching to the back row
Smiling as we both know
I can't take this alone

And we fell hard
Right before the worst part
Of growing up
I couldn't see ahead of me
And suddenly why can't we feel it
And we fell hard
Right before the long dark
Corridor
I couldn't speak, we shouldn't speak
The end is coming can't you hear it

So stop, whoa
This is getting old
So before its time to go
Lets turn this table for the worst
Don't stop 'til you just can't take it
Better yet, 'til you just can't fake it
It's gonna hurt, but you're never gonna break it
Call it addiction, cause this is what I made it

And we fell hard
Right before the worst part
Of growing up
I couldn't see ahead of me
And suddenly why can't we feel it
And we fell hard
Right before the long dark
Corridor
I couldn't speak, we shouldn't speak
The end is coming can't you hear it

And mary, mary won't stay away from me
Yeah, and she's always in my head
And this this song, it fits me like a cheap suit
Call it addiction, call you what you want it
But I've got a problem, we're staying up
And she knows it, I can feel it
Everytime she hits me in the heart

And we fell hard
Right before the worst part
Of growing up
I couldn't see ahead of me
And suddenly why can't we feel it
And we fell hard
Right before the long dark
Corridor
I couldn't speak, we shouldn't speak
The end is coming can't you hear it

I am actually unsure what this song is about. Idk. I really like it, though. I bought it the other day and for a few times of listening to it, I actually regretted buying it. I guess the other songs just caught my attention more(music from bands like Go Radio, A Rocket To The Moon, Call It A Night, 3Oh!3, Just Surrender, You Me At Six, and Let's Get It). I started liking the song and would listen to it a little. I, then, started realizing this song was stuck in my head for days on end. Now, I love the song. I think it's the type that needs to grow on you. I'm a bit confused about the band situation, though. I saw on iTunes that this band was formed from Defining Moment, part split to go to Mayday Parade(which I love) and part formed this band, We Are Action. Was Jason Lancaster in this band at all? Parts of some songs sound like him(like when they say 'Stop, Woah' in this song). Also, are they still together? If not, did they split and form other bands? I really like the singers voice, I would love to see if he's in another band. I searched on Google to see if there was any newer music by this band and could only find an old AbsolutePunk website and an old Myspace. No details on a split or new music. Idk. Anybody know more details?
