Wake up in the mornin' feelin' like P Diddy (hey, what up girl?)
Grab my glasses, I'm out the door, I'm gonna hit this city (let's go)
Before I leave, brush my teeth with a bottle of Jack
'Cause when I leave for the night, I ain't comin' back

I'm talkin' pedicure on our toes, toes
Tryin' on all our clothes, clothes
Boys blowin' up our phones, phones
Drop-toppin', playin' our favorite CDs
Pullin' up to the parties
Tryna get a little bit tipsy

Don't stop, make it pop
DJ, blow my speakers up
Tonight, I'ma fight
'Til we see the sunlight
Tick-tock on the clock
But the party don't stop, no
Oh, whoa, whoa-oh
Oh, whoa, whoa-oh
Don't stop, make it pop
DJ, blow my speakers up
Tonight, I'ma fight
'Til we see the sunlight
Tick-tock on the clock
But the party don't stop, no
Oh, whoa, whoa-oh
Oh, whoa, whoa-oh

Ain't gotta care in the world, but got plenty of beer
Ain't got no money in my pocket, but I'm already here
And now the dudes are linin' up 'cause they hear we got swagger
But we kick 'em to the curb unless they look like Mick Jagger

I'm talkin' 'bout everybody gettin' crunk, crunk
Boys try to touch my junk, junk
Gonna smack him if he gettin' too drunk, drunk
Now, now, we go until they kick us out, out
Or the police shut us down, down
Police shut us down, down
Po-po shut us down

Don't stop, make it pop
DJ, blow my speakers up
Tonight, I'ma fight
'Til we see the sunlight
Tick-tock on the clock
But the party don't stop, no
Oh, whoa, whoa-oh
Oh, whoa, whoa-oh
Don't stop, make it pop
DJ, blow my speakers up
Tonight, I'ma fight
'Til we see the sunlight
Tick-tock on the clock
But the party don't stop, no
Oh, whoa, whoa-oh
Oh, whoa, whoa-oh

DJ, you build me up
You break me down
My heart, it pounds
Yeah, you got me
With my hands up
You got me now
You got that sound
Yeah, you got me
DJ, you build me up
You break me down
My heart, it pounds
Yeah, you got me
With my hands up
Put your hands up
Put your hands up

Now, the party don't start 'til I walk in

Don't stop, make it pop
DJ, blow my speakers up
Tonight, I'ma fight
'Til we see the sunlight
Tick-tock on the clock
But the party don't stop, no
Oh, whoa, whoa-oh
Oh, whoa, whoa-oh
Don't stop, make it pop
DJ, blow my speakers up
Tonight, I'ma fight
'Til we see the sunlight
Tick-tock on the clock
But the party don't stop, no
Oh, whoa, whoa-oh
Oh, whoa, whoa-oh

Everyone in my stupid town either completely hates this song or is completely in love with it. The girls on varsity cheer with me are in love with it and always singing it on bus rides. And half of those girls go out and party and drink and mess around all the time and openly talk about it and no one seems to realize that Kesha is obviously poking fun at people just like them.

I don't think i could fall in love with a song that mocked the only nerd cheerleader who listens to indie screamo and acoustic stuff the others won't give a chance.

Or if any song made fun of Christian screamo, I wouldn't like it. I don't believe there is anything wrong with Christian screamo. Everyone says it's so contradictory but screamo is not from satan, and when done right, it can be beautiful. (If you like screamo, check out Pierce the Veil. Vic Fuentes is amazing.)

And everyone's thinks she's confused about who Mick Jagger is but she's not the confused one. I can't believe I'm praising a mainstream song but I think it's got a pretty good meaning behind it and I wish people would realize that.

And look at the way she spelled TiK ToK. It's like little kid text talk. And it's annoying. So you gotta know she's either extremely immature or she's making fun of people still who do things like that.

(Please don't judge me because I'm a cheerleader. I hate the stupid status and don't hang out with any of the other cheerleaders. My boyfriends a band nerd and most of my friends are either band nerds or theatre kids. I am just as nerdy as them. I cheer because I love heights and feel like I am flying when I go up in stunts. And I love having the power to do crazy flips and things with my wimpy looking body. Tumbling makes me feel superhuman haha. And plus I get to yell as loud as I want XD. So yeah what I'm trying to say is don't assume I'm a popularity obsessed teenager. I like to be taken seriously when talking about something I believe in.)
