And that's just how it originated all the way to now, in the streets
They tell us we stuck in the hood they don't wanna see us make it out, but believe
It might be a long road but I can't let em knock me off my pivot now
They wanna come around, they used to bring me down
I wasn't even born with a silver spoon But they see me now and I got the crowd
I'm reaching greater heights I'm going past the moon
I was young when my fam said I had an insight for things to come true
Beyond the wall of books that defines life after that it might run smooth
