At the concert Chad introduced this song by saying it was about letting all the women rule the world for a change since then men have had their chance and already screwed stuff up enough.
Empowering women is actually what every 3rd world country needs though. Giving women education and social power will pretty much always raise a country's standard of living. and quickly too.
