My Suffering Lyrics

I've reached the end
And I don't know what I believe in anymore
There's something crazy
Running wild inside my brain
I've seen the truth become my lie
Bury my shame and swallow my pride
I've crossed a line and I know there's no turning back

You kissed away all of the pain
You washed away these bloody stains
You are to blame my suffering
All of my suffering

You kissed away all of the pain
You washed away these bitter stains
You are to blame my suffering
All of my suffering

I've seen the devil in a smile
I found salvation in a vile
My happing ending
Exists only in my dreams

You kissed away all of the pain
You washed away these bloody stains
You are to blame my suffering
All of my suffering

You kissed away all of the pain
You washed away these bitter stains
You are blame my suffering

My suffering

You kissed away all of the pain
You washed away these bloody stains
You are to blame my suffering
All of my suffering

You kissed away all of the pain
You washed away these bitter stains
You are to blame my suffering

You kissed away all of the pain
You washed away these bloody stains
You are to blame my suffering

All of my suffering
All of my suffering
All of my suffering

Cover art for My Suffering lyrics by Dead By Sunrise

I think this song taps into Chester's past and his drug and alcohol addictions ("I've seen the devil in a smile / I found salvation in a vile"). It's definitely gritty enough to be talking about drugs. I love the beat too! Amazing song, amazing album. Good job Chazy Chaz!

My Interpretation

"i've found salvation in a vial."

I think its about his past experiences in general not just drugs and alcohol, like a past relationship that went wrong, and where the girl ended up hurting him

It's "You kissed away all of my pain", not "the pain".

And, like everyone else said, it's pretty obvious that it's about his past drug and alcohol addictions, but it can mean whatever you take out of the song. I, for example, can relate this song to a past relationship.
