Scarecrow Lyrics

Oh, scarecrow, it ain't so bad
Just try and fit in this hollow man
'Cause you've traveled so far
From where it all began

Maybe I wasn't made for this world
Maybe I wasn't made for this world
All the space in between the soul and the seams
Maybe I wasn't made for this world

I think I took the wrong path
And I need to find my way back
They say you're never too far
To start it all again

Am I too far?

Maybe I wasn't made for this world
Maybe I wasn't made for this world
All the space in between the soul and the seams
Maybe I wasn't made for this world

Oh, scarecrow, oh, scarecrow
Is it really that bad?
Oh, scarecrow, oh, scarecrow
Is it really that bad?

Maybe I wasn't made for this world
Maybe I wasn't made for this world
All the space in between the soul and the seams
Maybe I wasn't made for this world

Maybe I wasn't made for this world
All the space in between the soul and the seams
Maybe I wasn't made for this world

Oh, scarecrow, oh, scarecrow
Is it really that bad?
Oh, scarecrow, oh, scarecrow,

Maybe I wasn't made for this world

I'm not sure about the second line (Just try and fit in this hollow mess). Other than that, I'm pretty positive that it's correct.

This song is just truly amazing. It breaks my heart to know that I will never be able to do # 4 on my life of things to do before I die, which would be to see them live, and to hear them sing this song.

The way I see it, a person's depressed and hollow inside and has doubts that they can live in this world, and they want a feeling that they have something inside.
