I'm not sure what this song means as a whole, but I know for a fact that "The emptiness in you, innate fake drama" screams FUCK YOU POSER!, which I like...... a lot.:) ♥
The references to Son Of Sam and Noone Cares Or Understands makes me think of Elliott Smith. May be a longshot but i cant help but notice this each time i hear it.
