It's actually "The Medellin night shall be a huge canvas", it's a Colombian city, so it makes sense.
I believe it's "the merry June night will be a huge canvas".
Anyways, breathtaking song. The explosion of noisy guitars after the tense spoken word is amazing. I have no clue what the last stanza of "A clock..." is supposed to tie into it. I feel like it's separate from the rest of the story, and is just kind of to kick in the album proper.
