I think in that second verse what he is talking about is President Obama. You see, Obama claims to be post-race, and millions have jumped on this trend. They say, "Oh, now that we have a balck president racism is over in America" They ignore the millions of blacks locked in prisons for the crime of color. Alaso "riots break out in oakland" is a reference to the shooting of Oscar Grant on New Years.
