It's "do the words still haunt you, can you secure its claim." Not "Do the words 'Still Love You' give you security." My friend Korey posted some of the lyrics on Twitter and Jonny Craig corrected him and called him an asshole.

as far as meaning goes, it seems to be about someone who has been cheated on by someone they truly loved. the ice and freezing to death refer to the pain the person has been put through, where they are so frozen inside that they've lost the will to function. his last words (the three words) are simply "I love you" i think. so he's asking her if his words haunt her, knowing that she cheated on him. and the words are just floating inside her as she is unable to secure the claim - as in, she can't accept his words and tell him that she feels the same. until she does accept it, he's left "floating for one meaning" without a soul and without a conscience, and that one meaning is to become unfrozen again...or something like that. but anyways, that's what i think...maybe that's supposed to be like the obvious response to it and there's like more underlying meaning to it. but yeah, seriously though, what does everyone else think as far as meaning?

"still love you" are the three words he's talking about.

but anyways in my personal opinion i think it's about a couple that broke up and he's telling his ex he still loves her and the girl is either with someone else now or just doesn't wanna get back together but she still loves him too example "I hear your heart call my name." so i'd take it she still wants him.

and as for the part that goes..."Do the words "Still Love You" give you security "since she knows he still loves her she knows she can have him back at anytime she wants(providing her security and control of the situation). basically whatever happens with them is in her hands

the meaning to this song I think is pretty obvious. jwhopper624 got the meaning, but then again it's not something you have got to put alot of thought to. This is an incredible song. Sometimes I can't believe the amount of emotion stored in songs like this

I believe its "Do the words still haunt you? Can you secure its claim?" But thats what I heard/saw. If you watch a video of him playing live & read his lips, You can kind of tell.

The guy is such an asshole... but he's a lyrical genius.

He has the most amazing voice. Anything that he says just sounds perfect.
