Seems to be from the point of view of the person Alison is talking about in 'Hang You From The Heavens.' They're in a destructive relationship, abuser and victim, but in a way they both seem to like and feel excited in their postions.

I always got the impression this one was a lot more about lust than any deeper relationship. I mean, the only good traits she describes about whomever she's speaking is that they're apparently a good lay. Otherwise they're a pretty miserable excuse for a person, but she's able to tolerate it because they're good in bed. Similar themes to other songs on the album, sure, but this track always sounded much more impersonal.
I think this song is about a girl wanting to be with someone who is considered 'bad news'. She, however, is not oblivious to this; She doesn't care because she's tough and she can handle it.
