ok what I'm getting from this guy is that she's being approached by this one guy who keeps thinking that they're a thing and she's trying to get him the message that they're not together. The line 'you must be high' is her way of saying, dude your still in your fantasy, it was just one kiss-one mistake. Nothing more
I've always thought that this was basically the hard rock F-U version of I'm Not An Angel. It comes right after that song and the lyrics go: "What were you expecting, another lullaby are you kidding," and Im not an angel is the slowest song on the album. Also, in INAA (weird abbreviation) she says "You're had to resist when you're on your knees beggin me" and in this one she says: "Be a man and get up off your knee." Thats my guess about this really awesome song.
In my opinion, this song is about a girl who isn't looking for love. She had a hook-up with a guy one night, and he thought they had something going on. He's all goo-goo for her (buying her flowers and candy, saying he loves her, etc), but she thinks the slightest of him. "You must be high/ 'cause it was just one kiss." She's saying that he's gotta be living in a fantasy world if he thinks they ever had anything going on. But that's just my opinion.
