Don't Tremble Lyrics

If your pilot light should die
Do not quake and do not bark
You will find the spark

If your tree should bare no fruit
Do not turn and do not spill
You are beautiful

If your clarinet should break
Do not cry a million lakes
Do not cry a million lakes

When the winds surround your house
Do not twist and do not shout
Wait it out

If your hand should lose it's grip
Do not tremble do not sweat
For where then would you get

You have got the looks my dear
To make a mountain shake
Imagine me

You have got the voice my love
To melt a lake of ice
Imagine me

If your heart is unemployed
Do not rush but do not stall
For I am waiting

just discovered this band when they opened for blind pilot last night in san francisco. they put on one of the best live performances i've seen in awhile. i liked them more than the main act! amazing trio of musicians who switched instruments between songs. so talented! each of them could play almost every instrument!

and amazing musicality. going back to true folk roots. what a surprise! they could end up being one of my favorite new artists of this year. sorry, this has nothing to do with this song, but i had to gush someplace about them.

i love this song by the way. almost every song on this album is amazing. thanks to whoever that put these up!

This is such a cute song! I can so relate to it! I think it's about being in love with someone who is very insecure. He tries to comfort his loved one but eventually he is urging her not to stall. For he is waiting but he cannot wait forever.
