Closet Weather Lyrics
I guess you're over them
No big surprise you let them down again
You did it all for an elevated view from the closet in your room
You did it all for you
Hold your breath
You're not just hanging by a thread
Nothing's left
You designed your problems and left behind a mess
You made up a world that sits on your back
Weighing down your shoulders and breaking your neck
You know you sing the blues
It's so sad but how true?
What's sad is those with nothing left to prove
So find a ladder so high
And turn back the hands of time
I wouldn't, I couldn't
Bad intentions don't deserve second chances
Blame the world but you kicked your own chair
Heroes don't die by their own rope in their own homes
No big surprise you let them down again
You did it all for an elevated view from the closet in your room
You did it all for you
You're not just hanging by a thread
Nothing's left
You designed your problems and left behind a mess
Weighing down your shoulders and breaking your neck
It's so sad but how true?
What's sad is those with nothing left to prove
And turn back the hands of time
I wouldn't, I couldn't
Bad intentions don't deserve second chances
Blame the world but you kicked your own chair

Correction: "What's sad is those with nothing have the most to prove"
Basically, the song is about the people who just work on bettering their own life without thinking of anyone else and realize that in their quest for the "perfect life", they actually ruined what they had going for them. They blame everyone else for the negative things in their life when really, they did it all to themselves.
this song is about their friend who committed suicide. prob one of my favorite songs right now.
This song is not about a friend, in an AP magazine it has a small article with firewworks, the song is about a bully who picked on them in high school. "And turn back the hands of time I wouldn't, I couldn't Bad intentions don't deserve second chances Blame the world but you kicked your own chair"
the old demo version was about three-thousand times better. the new version is still good. this is definitely my second favorite Fireworks song after Decline Of A Midwestern Civilization
