This is a song about someone who is love sick. They are saying that they could kill them self, but it wouldn't do any good, but would it make them realise how good they actually were for that someone
Anyone who has a clue why the song is so similiar named like elektro-shock blues from The eels? Maybe some kind of honoring the work of E through this, alltough theres no mentioning of sockets at all in the song!
This actually reminds me of a situation I went through, so of course, I'm going to apply my OWN meaning to it. Chick leaves guy. Chick makes guy's life miserable afterward, possibly drunk-texting, spilling his secrets to every mutual friend, etc. He's finally calling her out on it, embarrassing her in the worst possible way. I can tell there's a lot more to this though. Would love to hear more opinions.
